Young Parisian producer NiKiT bursts onto the electronic music scene with his debut release 'Arcanes', a mini-album consisting of 8 tracks. Its atmosphere is reminiscent of early dark electro, with a dubby touch, pulsating drive and underground techno feel - a real dancefloor cracker.

This mix tape contains some of my favorite techno tracks of all times. Dating from an era when there was no Facebook, no Twitter and no Soundcloud. An era when you still had to leave your house to buy music, when Arnold Schwarzenegger's picture was still on DJ Hell's label designs, and Jamie Lidell was still doing techno. 
Some of you might know this mix already, but I'm putting it out there again to show that this is timeless future techno. From the past.

Future Techno from the Past

Duo formed by Johan Sturesson and Annie Gylling, Kord delivers ‘Statement’, a 4-tracks EP of heavy lo-fi electronic punk. Primitive and efficient, their brutal sound made of analog synthesizers, pumped drum machines, agressive Swedish vocals and weird soundscapes and effects, have been recorded in an old 8 track studio. 12’’ out on Femur Records on march 29th.
