Tough drums and raw basslines are the wire frames around which spectral vocals and percussive quirks breathe and coil. Bridging the gap between Dutch electro heritage and horror-movie soundtracks without sacrificing dancefloor functionality, Electric Vampire presents a synthetic super-highway in which the only thing more pervasive than the bright lights is the solid concrete underfoot. Machine Cult — the Amsterdam-based electronic platform run by Déandrah and Garçon Taupe — returns with the Edition Four release party at OT301 on 7 November.

The new V.A. compilation features tracks from Garçon Taupe, Bertram, 2:29, Beau Wanzer, Déandrah, and Masha Wordpress. At the launch, all contributing artists will play DJ sets, with Déandrah providing live visuals throughout the night.

Expect an evening of potent electronics and immersive visuals, celebrating the forefront of the underground.
