The first installment of our brand new sampler series kicks off with 5 tracks of Grade-A Techno and Tech House, showcasing our vision of evolution.Pe & Band and DJ Mandraks have appeared on 1605 before, and their high-octane Techno sound is unmistakable, as is evident in their opener "The Sound Of The Drums". The legendary Marco Bailey offers his tribute to Kiev with a buzzing monster, complete with haunting synths and manic hi-hats, while Kiko provides a futuristic slice of quirky Tech House featuring his signature, genius programming. Still on the Tech House tip, Fer BR uplifts us with the sample-laden "Feeling So Close", and throws us into a disco from hell. The closer "Yes" from Hellomonkey is a heads-down roller, laced with hip-hop vocal snippets and hypnotic effects over a tough groove.

Yuksek’s now six year old label Partyfine kicks off 2019 with a bumper compilation featuring plenty of exclusive tracks from all the label’s key associates old and new.

The compilation showcases what the label will release in 2019, with forthcoming EPs by new signees Azur, PoloCorp (half of French duo Polo & Pan), Birdee & French Toast, Uncle O, and exclusive tracks by Obas Nenor (half of Rabo & Snob), YouMan, Love Will Say No, Moonlight Matters and more as well as edits and remixes by Purple Disco Machine and Yuksek himself.

Dark disco, deviant disco, neo disco, psycho disco... you can pick up just about any word to describe the sound of this new compilation, but for sure disco is the main influence. Disco is not only for poolsides or cheesy parties, as this label has long been proving and Yuksek now confirms with a wealth of unreleased and exclusive tracks from newcomers and long-standing members of the Partyfine family.

Things open with beautifully slow and majestic sounds from Plaisir De France, then pick up with the exotic ‘Hundred And Five’ from Azur and low slung funk of Uncle O’s ‘Mecanica’. A wealth of wonderfully different styles from cosmic to dark, blissed out to steamy and tense all come from Weekend Affair, Moonlight Matters and Maestro.

The standout track by Getaroom, ‘Mandrake,’ was originally written in the seventies and never finished, but some 40 years later famous French producer Georges Chatelain gave Getaroom the tapes to finish it off. After that, Obas Nenor resets with chugging basslines and Love Will Say No layer up warm house chords and knotted bass, and Claap & Santa end with steamy, female French vocals and slow motion grooves that will get hips swaying and hearts swelling.

This is a fantastic taster of the varied and vital disco excellence that Partyfine will serve up over the next 12 months.

Brian Cid returns to his Endangered imprint with the Bluiris EP; 4 melodic techno & progressive tracks of his signature dark and hypnotic beats.

After the last year that’s seen much of the world come to a halt, Brian Cid’s production output continued on strong throughout. He released EP’s on Lost & Found, Balance and Endangered, as well as remixes and singles on labels like Flying Circus, Oddity, Einmusik and Eklektisch. For his first full EP of 2021, Brian is back on Endangered with Bluiris; 4 original tracks that take the listener on a captivating trip when consumed in sequence.

“ION” starts things off with a cinematic intro, and a sense of anticipation bubbles throughout the track signifying the start of a journey. Curiosity is piqued with the atmospheric pads and subtle synth stabs, and a trippy, sensory overload is reached at the apex. The vibe is switched up with a tribal rhythm and shuffling groove for “Ordeal”. Drum hits come from every angle, and arpeggiated synths jump back and forth which creates a wave of emotions as the listener is now pulled forward without resistance.

Full energy and power are reached on the title track “Bluiris”. The most progressive and hypnotic track on the EP, this one is classic Brian Cid dark vibes & energy. The journey concludes with the final track “Flares”. Euphoria is reached once the drop occurs, and the listener is left in a relaxed and meditative state at the conclusion of this trip.

Brian describes the concept behind the music:

“Imagine the image of us reflected in everything we perceive. This is not only true to the times we live in, but life as a whole. This understanding is the foundation of this EP called Bluiris - a symbol of faith and surrender. Remember that when there is surrender there is no hope, wishes or desires. There is no doubt, fear or uncertainty. There is only the experience of infinite trust. The welcoming of a sea of energy without any resistance.

Professional career Elkin began in 1999. 
Having reached the peak of mastery in work DJ, and finding its firm tone, 
Igor decided to implement the experience and knowledge to create their own tracks.  
His own musical tastes was formed by artists such as:  Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, And One, Camouflage, Echomen. 
Present time he prefer genres such as: tech house, progressive house and deep house.
