This is the story about the song. This is a real story. When my wife went for a walk it was a beautiful sunny day and I was working in my music studio. At some point it started to rain. I had forgotten that my wife had not taken a key for the front door with her. When I was done with my work in the music studio, I felt like having a coffee, so I went from the music studio to the kitchen. Suddenly I heard knocking and ringing at the front door. I opened the front door and my wife was standing in front of me, completely soaked. The rain was dripping from her hair and clothes.  She turned her head slightly to the side and said to me with a smile, "Hello, sweetheart, I'm the girl from the rain. We both had to laugh. I lovingly took care of my wife for the rest of the afternoon and then went back to my music studio in the evening. I couldn't get the phrase (The Girl from the Rain) out of my head, so I wrote this song. The Girl from the Rain . I hope you like it. Martin
