Professor Galacticus and Captain Frictus, accompanied by a horde of Ziguychoulaïs, come back from their interstitial experimentation laboratory with a debunking active substance: Vitamyte B12
Vitamyte B12 is the result of three years of work, research and various investigations, which synthesize through this fourth release the multiple influences explored lately by the musical android Cosmyte.

A music that borrows as much from the classical codes of the ancestral psychedelic music of Goa, from its acidic melodic lines very typical of the machines used by Professor Galacticus; as from the more modern influences of downtempo psybass and drums/bass whose groove sometimes approaches hip-hop; and is characterised by the explorations of the acoustic instruments of Captain Frictus such as the Handpans which have a central place in the compositions of the group.

This album is a great place for collaborations. In addition to the eternal and historic Bichinia on flute and Divanovic on vocals, there are two Argentine artists (Fran The Lobster and Agustin Moroni) and two artists from the Hadra Alter Visions label (Lakay and Yoy Project). These collaborations reflect the values of the Cosmyte project, between explorations of new musical regions and cultures and the weaving of close links within the label for family collaborations with the same musical influence.
The result is a rich album, which offers a certain stage of maturity for the group, with a diversity of influences, the very essence of the project, while asserting a guiding line and an artistic identity that is increasingly clean.

La ville d’Aurillac (Cantal) accueille chaque été le Festival de Théâtre de Rue, rendez-vous national et international majeur des arts de la rue. Pendant plusieurs jours, des centaines de performances artistiques diverses et variées sont à découvrir à même les rues d’Aurillac ou sous chapiteau.

Cette Année là j'y étais pour la deuxième fois, cette fois-ci pour y jouer, voici donc le résultat musical de l'improvisation dans les rues d'aurillac.

The city of Aurillac (Cantal) hosts the Street Theater Festival every summer, a major national and international street arts event. For several days, hundreds of diverse and varied artistic performances are to be discovered in the streets of Aurillac or in a marquee.

This year I was there for the second time, this time to play, here is the musical result of the improvisation in the streets of Aurillac.

Matibhrama are proud to present their debut EP on BMSS, "Taku Wakan". Inspired by the narratives of Native American tribes, the release takes the listener on an ancestral journey through mystical shamanic rituals. Based on the entrancing evocation of primeval spirits, each of the 3 tracks invites us to delve deep inside our consciousness to discover our totem animals: Aku Wakan (“the sacred”), Maka Mahpee (“between sky and earth”) and Oyate (“tribe”).

The EP has been constructed holistically, with the artwork carefully crafted to reflect the music: the sensitive hand-painted piece by French artist Bellule captures the atmosphere of the EP perfectly with her symbolic representation of a transcended physical world.

Through "Taku Wakan", Matibhrama deliver their trademark fusion of electronic and instrumental music. This unique alliance between psychedelic trance and live tribal music allows us to waver magically between soaring ethnic stratospheres and earth-bound tribal roots. At once moving and grounding, "Taku Wakan" offers the dancefloor a captivating vision of the future of Ethno Trance, propelled by ground-shaking primordial rhythms.

Since 2003, Djemdi seeks to combine two continents, Africa and Oceania by the instruments which represent them, djembé and the didgeridoo of the Australian Aboriginals. Djemdi, with a play always under tension with the listening of the other, creates a music of "fright", based on the repetition and the evolution of the cycles towards always more force and of expression. Purely instrumental, Djemdi names all its titles by colors (yellow, red, green...), all symbolizing a climate, an environment favourable with the auditive and sensory voyage. With concerts of all types: sound animations (exposures of contemporary art, external sound animation during sporting competition)... Djemdi touches a very large audience, curious about new sounds and frantic rate/rhythm. In forecast for the end of the year, the exit of an album OPALE 6 titles, recorded "live studio" and the setting does not place from there of an interactive Internet site. Djemdi hopes to meet you soon to make vibrate your ears and touch your heart.
