Funk Tribu is a DJ and producer from Bogota, Colombia. His music is highly influenced by the electronic sound of the 90s & '00s and his productions are known to be a fusion between fast techno and melancholic trance with catchy melodies, creating a retro-futuristic sonic vibe. When he is behind the decks, his musical style goes from techno and hard techno to trance and hard trance.

Mit Edits von Yung Hurn, Juli, Sido und weiteren, hat er sich in kürzester Zeit einen Namen in der Szene gemacht und ist damit ein vielversprechender Name für eine verstrahlte Zukunft. Gemeinsam mit Atze Wasserfall, Jamba Sparabo und Gameboy Color hat er das kultige Trancekollektiv aus Kiel „Schiebt Anders“ gegründet, wovon es in naher Zukunft noch viel zu hören geben wird <3.

All the way from Halle in East Berlin, Trancy got us in a mood we never thought we needed. 

Trancy joined us in the midst of his debut Australian Tour where he packed in five gigs, two radio shows and a busk across two weekends.

While he was in town, he wanted to raise funds for a local charity and decided on The Mirabel Foundation. The Mirabel foundation assist children who have been orphaned or abandoned due to parental illicit drug use and are now in the care of extended family. You can visit the link below to donate.
