After joining the Enchufada family in early 2014 with the massive zouk anthem Threepeat on our 'We Call It Zouk Bass Volume I' compilation, Swedish DJ and producer Dance Kill Move is back to Lisbon's most tropical label with the blazing hot Sexton. 

Dance Kill Move has already made a name for himself on the Global Club Music scene with exciting hybrid riddims that explore anything from cumbia to dancehall and, of course, zouk bass, always with a tropical edge and thumping beats tailor-made for the dancefloor. 

His latest cut Sexton is no exception to the rule as a heavyweight zouk-leaning beat immediately gets hips moving, laying the groundwork for an accordion loop that what will surely be considered one of Global Club Music's most festive and tropical melodies yet. And that's really saying something.

Two years have passed since Buraka Som Sistema formally introduced the world to the pulsating rhythm of zouk bass, live on Boiler Room. The intense and tropical-flavoured 90BPM beats that the Global Club Music ambassadors played caused quite a stir, and almost immediately we started receiving tracks from all around the world with all sorts of interpretations of the first genre that was ever baptized on a live Internet stream. 

One year after that memorable night we released the first volume of the ‘We Call It Zouk Bass’ compilation series, a colorful snapshot of the state of a new international scene that was taking the Angolan rhythms of kizomba and tarraxo and filtering them through all sorts of electronic influences with stunning results. One more year has passed and the zouk bass fever shows no signs of cooling down.
