Ich kann es fast nicht in Worte fassen, wieviel es mir bedeutet euch heute den Ausnahme-Künstler Holger Hecler auf sound(ge)cloud zu präsentieren. Bow Freudensprünge im Quadrat !!! 

Es war im Jahre 2012, ich war noch ganz frisch hier auf soundcloud, da bin ich über Holgers BachstelzenFusion 2012 Set gestolpert und war vom ersten Moment von seinem unwiderstehlichen Sound total überwältigt. Dieses Set ist mein meistgehörtes Set EVER. Und immer wenn ich denke bow heute ist irgendwie nicht mein Tag … werfe ich dieses Set an und sofort ist alles wieder gut.

Holger Hecler ist seit über 20 Jahren ein fester Bestandteil der Berliner Club Kultur. Ob beim Kollektiv Bachstelzen oder dem Kater Blau (Bar25), Holger ist immer dort wo Happenings entstehen die weit über Zeit und Raum hinausgehen. Seine zweite Heimat hat er auch beim grandiosen Kölner Label Feines Tier gefunden.

Es ist immer wieder faszinierende wie Holger es schafft Einflüsse verschiedenster Kulturen in eine Grundteppich von House und Techno zu verweben. Mal fängt die Reise in Südamerika an und schon steht man wieder auf einem Basar in Istanbul, um dann doch wieder mitten in Berlin auf dem Dancefloor die Augen zu öffnen und in glücklich lachende Tänzer zu blicken.

Holger viel Dank für deine Mühe und die Möglichkeit diese wunderbare Weltreise meinen Hörern präsentieren zu können.

In diesem Sinne --- „canto a la paz“ oder „Singen für den Frieden“ … die Welt kann es gebrauchen <3 <3 <3

After travelling the world together many times with countless vacation soundtracks and exchanging thousands of songs throughout our friendship, this was the first time sharing the dj booth with my favorite travel companion @pacayapacaya at @klunkerkranich's Wohnzimmer. Our extended world-racoon-sloth-journey turned out to become a pretty colourful 6-hrs trip... visiting various countries, genres, decades and tempos without taking too much care about transitions, but finally playing some „dj-unfriendly“ gems ;) ... 99 songs from our hearts into your ears! Enjoy the trip! ❤♥

IN SIX HOURS AROUND THE WORLD ~ Pacaya & Lotte Ahoi

Oh boy, time does fly by. It's been eight years now since the first Montagssorbet, eleven years since our first party and we admit we sometimes do lose track of everything that happened over the course of time. We honestly enjoy to reminisce, dig up old releases or listen to single tracks, because each and everyone is linked to specific memories. Most of them quite powerful, many with a subliminal feel of pure content and gratitude for all those friendships that evolved. A unique web of shared moments, connecting so many people we'd have a hard time counting them. 

To this point though we never had the pleasure to listen to a whole mix combining these memories. Many thanks to @Mmmaaaeeesss who compiled this set with tracks from all 41 releases up to today, including all 7" Luettje Luise, which is a novum by itself considering they are vinyl only. Like sprinkling diamonds over a gem: »Mit Uns« took a quick break from everyday's hustle to reunite for a long overdue round of hand crafted musical glory. 

We hope you all enjoy this personal anthem as much as we did and maybe find some personal memories lying within aswell.
