Episode 4 of BCB was definitely inspired by Joe's set he played the week I guest mixed. That set has been one of my favorites of 2022.  My set is a bit of a  throw back sound to a much earlier two-part series I did in the early 2000's called "BreakTrancing." Some of my DC friends may remember those tapes.  Getting breaks remixes was a bit of rarity back then and I was one of the few playing those remixes. I made a mix  of tracks that  straddled breaks and trance that was popular at that time.

Celebrating over 20 years of experience as DJ dating back to 1997 and 15 as an aspiring producer, it’s no wonder that Fonik has garnered the support of many peers and colleagues down his musical path.
