Fortress - Rubber Dolly

You may be thinking Fortress smothered scratch with her musical influences on this track but im pleased to say Scratch came to his oldskool flow all on his own. We sat down to make Jungletek and during a debate about bpm Matt leaning towards the higher and myself towards the lower we settled on the odd number of 183. Mistakenly typing in 130 Scratch was taken my the slow motion and with a few adjustments to 140 the rest is history as they say.

I started life as a DJ with Unknown and 4Bidden sound system on the free party scene, brought up by the Hyper crew going to Dreamscapes and local raves. I played for many rigs and collectives in Bristol, Wales and the South West. Main organiser of events under the name Beat Nyx and founding member of Amen4tekno Records and a DJ Agency.
