Beginning his journey just over 10 years ago, Freek started off teaching himself the ways of drum and bass and debuted in the scene several years his first digital release in 2010. This was the start to a musical adventure as Freek. His inspiration coming from all spectrums, he is known for being the first to pickup a guitar or jump on the piano at every opportunity and this reflects in his very out there productions that we hear today. Taking a huge inspiration from so many different sources has meant that his catalogue of music is extremely varied going from the hardest hitting jump up to the most subtle and musical liquid pieces. 

His first major release was Cobalt 60 that was released on the Ram Annual 2016 and he has gone from strength to strength since with multiple releases on several VA compilations across RAM and PROGRAM. Taking time out in 2018 to focus on his production technique and develop his sound he's now ready to show the world what he's been cooking up!
