Boo'd Up (NOLA Bounce Remix)

Soul singer, songwriter, artist, and New Jersey native DJ Fresh Prince displays a unique sound that calls out his musical influence of Hip-hop, smooth R&B, ambitious pop, a bit of dancehall and afrobeats, creating a genre-bending lane of his own. After the 2020 single Respect, DJ Fresh Prince followed up with his dancehall/afrobeat debut single Ochi. Within three years, he gathered nearly millions of streams, received praise from AllRapNews, Raptology to HipHopDX, for his noteworthy production for VH1’s Signed participant Nilly’s single “Badder Than Bad.” He has also established a solid reputation, working with artists like Roc Nation’s Maxo Kream, opening up for DJ Mannie Fresh and Taylor Bennett, and deejaying at the House of Blues New Orleans. DJ Fresh Prince has also been a staple in the Hip-Hop and R&B mixtape scene, generating a buzz off his works on “Twerkmas” and “Late Night Sessions 1 & 2.” Catapulting off his mixtape success, he went on to expand his reach across YouTube with the creation of New Orleans Bounce mixes, that became a worldwide sensation. Coming off the heels of his newest single, “Know You Better,” 2023 will mark a new era for DJ Fresh Prince and his fans as he takes fans into a new world. Stay tuned.
Through his diverse mixtape collection of Hip-Hop and R&B feels ranging from projects like “Twerkmas” to “Late Night Sessions 1 & 2,” he expanded not only his audience but also his sound. In addition to his mixtape success, he created New Orleans Bounce mixes on YouTube that would catch the attention of people all over the world.

Since 2010 he has been producing and recently finished a project with “VH1 Signed” artist Nilly and Roc Nation’s own, Maxo Kream.

Currently Based in DC, DJ Fresh Prince will continue to release projects featuring his unorthodox melodic sound and sonically eclectic experiences.
