Canadian DJ and Producer Gibsom returns to the Noir side of Polyptych and unveils a mesmerizing journey into the mystical depths of sound with his latest release, Petra. A seamless fusion of Progressive House with melodic and organic elements, this release transports listeners into an enigmatic sonic landscape, where electronic textures intertwine with ancient, Eastern-inspired melodies. Ziger with his remix takes the B-Side track Oriental Dawn to new heights with his signature progressive energy and hypnotic depth. Feel it, and welcome back, Gibsom. 

Petra

We welcome the producer and label founder of Hover Minds Gibsom who makes his debut on Uxoa Dutxa Elite with an outstanding EP entitled Pandora which contains two original tracks and two remixes of the main track by Di Rugerio and LOPA respectively creating a hot and powerful Melodic Techno release.

Pandora begins the sonic journey with a powerful kick drum accompanied by a progressive and enveloping bassline between abstract atmospheres that lead to a secluded and hypnotic place with a futuristic riff that drags you to the bottom of space.

Di Rugerio makes the first remix of Pandora maintaining some main atmospheres giving a darker and more intoxicating sense to the track among new sequences that make a perfect match with the original melodies, knowing how to lead the listener to a sonorous delirium.

The Argentine producer LOPA makes the second remix of Pandora starting with a robotic and hypnotizing atmosphere between a mysterious voice and tribal percussions giving entry to an arpeggiated sequence that takes you to a new horizon with merely futuristic melodies.

Ametrine arrives to close this incredible EP with a dark atmosphere and a very catchy rhythm with the bassline and the hihats, later the melody develops giving a feeling of mystery where very acid synthesizer riffs also emerge that make an incredible amalgamation while the filters go up from the cutoff reaching the break where everything sinks into a purple color.

Without a doubt, an exquisite EP by Gibsom for lovers of the Melodic Techno genre.

Gibsom, DJ and producer originally from Toulouse, France, now based in Canada, has built a career defined by passion and evolution. Starting as a teenager, he rekindled his love for DJing after moving to Canada, for the past 7 years. he has refined his sound, evolving from deep melodic house to progressive house with dark techno elements. His sets from france to canada are known for their emotional depth and energetic peaks, creating unforgettable experiences for audiences.

In addition to DJing, Gibsom produces original released on several international labels across Europe, South America, and Canada. His most recent EP reached #67 on Beatport’s Progressive House chart. 

Gibsom also created and organizes a deep progressive techno event series called OPIUM,  that has become a highlight in quebec underground electronic scene

Through his music and events, Gibsom continues to craft immersive, impactful experiences on the dance floor.
