 I, D.J. Giz, have been entertaining the masses for over 2 decades. Since the early 80's I have been spinning records, listening to 102.7 FM WBMX on Friday and Saturday nights and practicing in the basement of my parents house to wee hours of the morning listening to classic D.j.'s like Bad Boy Bill, Julian "Jumpin" Perez and Kenny "Jamming" Jason, Tran-sending classic house music to progressive house, I have spun in some of the trendiest night spots in Chi-Town and continue to put out Club Mixes along with my newest venture into classic old school house music titled "Tak'in You Back". I would like to thank all those possible for my continued success and support in providing entertainment for over 20 years..........

" First I would like to thank God, because without him in my life watching and guiding me, nothing would be possible. My father who first allowed me to put his headphones on my head at the age of 7, and I haven't taken them off since. My mother who's continued support has taken me from the basement to the clubs, bars and halls of this great city so that I could showcase my talent. To my brothers (blood and adopted) Bammer, Mza, Lou Diamonds, Divoc, El Nino, Tony "Starks", Cheech, Danny Divine, David Buie, Johnny Buie being there at the beginning and still there. My D.j. partners (present and past) my mentor The Half Pint D.j. Tattoo, Harry "Hot Mix'in" Hernandez,  Mike Garcia (AKA D.j. Birdman),Kid Trey, Tito" Jumping" Jimenez, and D.j. Don Carlo. My poker buddies J.B., Abdul, Elliot, Juan, Grape, Swatty (AKA Loch), Bubba, Ree J, Ceasar, Big Rob and Lil Rob. , My girls Jasmine, Janice, Jackie and my son Arturo whom have been and always will be my inspiration not only in music but in life. Most of all, I would like to thank the love of my life, my agent, my nurse, my queen, my everything, my wife IRENE Rivera who without her continued support and love I would not have the drive to continue to do what I love........."MIX".
