 Over time I discovered that perfection is the best thing I can do at the moment, with the resources I have available, and the most important thing: the enjoyment of the process. This is the second music I have produced at home with Ableton Live, vocals and instruments. Between this and the first there is a huge leap, quantum I would say. Here I am still in my self-teaching process, pressing buttons and learning every day. And how happy I am, with this perfect imperfection.

"Libre para ser pájaro Hasta el amanecer. Dibujar mis alas toda la noche, soñar un sueño tranquilo. Escuchar el canto del pajarillo, que hoy día amaneció conmigo." 
 Con el tiempo fui descubriendo que la  perfección es lo mejor que puedo hacer en el momento, con los recursos que tengo disponibles, y lo más importante: el goce del proceso.  Esta es la segunda música que produzco en casa con el Ableton Live, voz e instrumentos. Entre esta y la primera hay un salto enorme, cuántico diría yo. Aquí sigo en mi proceso auto didacta, tocando botones y aprendiendo cada día.  Y que feliz Soy, con esta perfecta imperfección.

Com o tempo descobri que perfeição é a melhor coisa que posso fazer no momento, com os recursos que tenho à disposição, e o mais importante: aproveitar o processo. Aqui estou eu, no processo de autodidatismo, apertando botões e aprendendo todos os dias. E como sou feliz, com esta imperfeição perfeita.

DIGITAL TEARS

At the root of a lot of my music is an appreciation for dub culture.

Over the past few years I've been experimenting with different dub formats and workflows. Of all the files and projects I could rescue I've compiled a selection of dub related tracks for your enjoyment.

Some of these tracks were made in very lo-fi settings and have a lot of analog and digital crunch to them. Don't expect state of the art contemporary pro-studio sound design, but allow your brain and body to sink into the vibe. I may not have done it perfectly, but I dub it my way ;-)

These tracks were made for chilling or dancing with caring and loving people. Don't confuse rastafari culture with smoking weed, care for your community and elders, care for nature, care for children and enjoy the dance.

NOSOTROS - Mr Toé Feat Bima Inuma.

The drum, the mythical dance, and the help of those present at this worship (their belief in the shaman)-"Ongo" is trance, the state of excitement, accompanied by dances and "Kamlanié", rambling mumbling and incantation of the spirits.

To become a shaman, a man must inherit this gift from one of his ancestors. It is called "Utkha". From the root and essence of the Shaman, the spirits themselves come to the one they have chosen. An innate skill passed down from heavenly beings and then ancestors to shamans in order to exercise their mystical gift."

We  would like to thank all the artists who contributed to this project which is very dear to us. 

This compilation is the result of a long collaboration, artistic exchanges and moreover passion for music with exceptional producers who have blown their inspiration and interpretation into the universe of O'Utkha.

The DJ: "I am pretty worldly, literally. Theres so many emotions you can feel where I come from, but I find them in this music from around the globe and they delight me. Then I spend more than a decade in Berlin, listening to English Break Music, had a fling with latin stuff and adore experimental rhythms and sounds and allow angels voices to kick ass. Got it?"

When I made extensively or let's say ecstatic use of music for workshops on conscious sexuality, I felt one-day certain sounds resonate strongly with certain sensations and physical activations. 

Putting even more focus on music became the next step to apply music to support exercises on self and body awareness as well as catalyze moments of hold or letting go. Then Ecstatic Dance arose at the horizon, and I got even happier.

I spread my musical focus to music from sounds from all over the world with a focus on soul, nucumbia, dance, afrolectro/afrotronics, oriental, african tribal as well as the fusion of traditional ethnic music and new musical concepts. 

To sum up what I love so much about it: moving people. Inside as well as outside.
