PODCAST002: GROOVESICK

GROOVESICK is a 23-year-old German-born artist with Cuban roots based in Stuttgart. Known for groove-driven, genre-fluid sets, he blends emotion, movement, and storytelling with a diverse range of hidden as well as classic gems. His sound draws from late 90s and early 2000s treasures, connecting them with new-school grooves, beats, and seductive vocals.

This mix was recorded at the iconic Lehmann Club in Stuttgart. Using four CDJ-3000s and a Xone:96, the set moves through a diverse and sensual narrative, with tracks woven together across two to four decks. The result is a groovy, carefully curated journey that reflects a current state of mind: happy, inspired, and excited for what lies ahead.
