DJ GUEVARA (Pedro Guevara) “1977”

Nowadays, resident DJ and maker of well-known parties called “BLACK MAGIC SOUND” (Venezuela-Spain-UK), developed as DJ within the Collective/Family “Boogie Nights”(Venezuela) where he first had a serious residence.

 Musician and Industrial/Graphic/Interior Designer, influenced by the 70’s and born likewise, he belongs to Caracas Funk Music trend, style mainly created by black people before the 60’s and originated in United States. 

His repertoire holds Soul Music, R&B, Disco, Jazz, Rare Groove, Boogaloo and mainly Funky Music, creating on his sets a highly retro/classic while selective ambiance.

On the other hand as a musician he is very passionate about genres such as Rock N’ Roll, Blues, Reggae and Latin styles like Salsa which also he enjoy and use for occasions when is needed.

 As a DJ his concept is driving the public to acknowledge the roots where all those styles come from and the connection among them. Today, they all encompass (included, integrated) within Dance and new tendencies.
