An interesting challenge I did with my friends los Tatunga, combining progressive house synths with a nice drum and bass , and heres the result :)!!! This track is also gonna be included in my upcoming EP , Hope u guys like it :)!!

Los Tatunga feat Heimark - Feel live

HeiMark started as a duo between Heiner and Marcos, two young DJs from Costa Rica that drew their inspiration from artists like Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Paul van Dyk.  
Around the year 2008 they started going out to clubs and noticed that nobody played their type of music.  In Costa Rica at the time, most of the clubs catered to Latin and Caribbean music such as reggaeton, salsa, and reggae.
Around 2009 they discovered electro-house, which changed the way they perceived music.  They became heavily influenced by trance and electro, and fell in love with progressive house.  They started going out in the San Jose area, trying to find a place where they could enjoy this type of sound.  When they came up empty-handed, Heiner and Marcos took the first steps to creating their own sound, and in May 2011, HeiMark was born.  
They started out small, playing at their friends’ parties and a few small gigs, but breaking into the Costa Rican night scene proved to be difficult. Electronic music was still not very popular in the country.  The duo refused to give up and later that year they got their first big gig in Club Vertigo. Then throughout the next year they started getting gigs at different places like El Steinvorth and El Chante Lounge, but it wasn’t until the end of 2012 that they had the chance to play at one of the hottest clubs in the San Jose area, CasaBlanca VIP Lounge and Terrace. It was then that Marcos left the duo and HeiMark became a one man act.  Heiner went on to earn DJ residency at Casablanca, where he contributed to the growing popularity of electronic music.  
Recently, HeiMark decided to focus on producing, creating both original songs and mashups.  The year 2013 will see a lot of changes for this crazy and energetic DJ who plays anything from indie to progressive to dubstep; you never know what to expect.  Just give him a redbull and you’ll see the magic happen.
