Magic Carpet was released on vinyl 1996 by the legendary Space Teddy label from Berlin. It was made in a time when reediting and finalizing in a DAW was simply no option. Everything had to be done in one take. Just let the machines run and tweak it on the desk was the way to go. Mixing, arranging, sound design, all was done in the moment of creation. Dozens of different jams where recorded on 2track DAT. Just a few of them where good enough to put them on vinyl. The magic moments when everything takes its place by itself.
Magic Carpet is offically available as digital download only on Bandcamp. You get the original master made by famous Hansa Studio Berlin.

Welcome back DJ Honesty on Scenario!
After his excellent Scenario#5 release in 2016, followed by a Remix E.P. incl. Remixes by DJ Deep, Janeret and label head Sebo K, DJ Honesty is back on the label with a super strong 4 track E.P..
The opener „Joao’s Groove“ is a chord driven track featuring warm string samples causing a subtle dramatic vibe. On the A2 track „Limbo“ Honesty combines straight forward pushing drums with slightly modulated melancholic pads and shy arpeggios.
„Turn The Track“ beginns the flipside with a moody atmosphere and trippy grooves before the final track „Yambu“ rounds up the E.P. with a heavy Bassline, lots of tape delay and deep dubbed out chords.
