In the past editions this stage was called Main. We consider that today it's totally inappropriate to divide musical genres on 'main' and 'alternative'. However new name doesn't change the fact that The Hive is the nucleus of Mo:Dem Festival. The place where nature, art, creativity, technology and the spirits of the forest meet to create ultimate dance space. The Hive will host wide range of top quality underground psychedelic artists from around the world delivering some of the finest sounds of the past and present, and showcasing some of the new fresh and unheard sounds of the future. Alexis and Ivan Centeno are the creative minds behind the Tzolkin Project, blasting mexican dancefloors over the last decade with heavy hi-tech dark psytrance from their own magical receipe. The two brothers started their musical journey in 2000 with the famous "rebirth" from Propellerhead Software, Showing them the path of musical production and sound experiments. After a first release "Kintzol" in August 2007,on Anomalistic Records, They released original tracks in more than 25 compilations with most of the top labels of the genre. In 2015, they sign in OVNI Records from France with whom they released a successful debut album in 2017 : ¡aktun, right away hitting the biggest mexican Festivals, flying beyond the borders of Mexico, in central america and Around Europe like Spain, France, Greece and Czech Republic, presenting their powerfull live act for the first time in Master of Puppets.
Now Working hard on their next massive collaboration "V.A OVNI 14, mexico Èdition" They also take time to develop at lower Bpm a new darkpsy Forest EP from their side project "Kiinsaj" : El llamado de Hikuri to be out soon on Ovni Shamans, the Darkpsy Forest division.
