You know Basement Project, Scrobarnach, Lá Tech? All this guy. We're going to need to come up with more weekdays if he continues at this rate. The best thing to come out of Mullingar since the bypass, Ian has been known to play pretty much anything as long as it's good. 

Galway based now, Ian is heavily involved in the underground electronic music scene in the west of Ireland. A DJ and vinyl enthusiast for over 10 years under his TripdiscO moniker, Ian has gained himself a reputation for his diverse taste in music, from Chicago house, acid, deep Detroit techno, and minimal, to afrobeat and disco. His chameleonic and acute selections have won him residencies at a number of Galway's best music venues including The Blue Note, Factory , Club Aras Na Gael, and Der Kesselraum, as well as gigs in the UK, Spain, Australia, and at festivals such as Life Festival, SunflowerFest, Burning Man Decompression, Fuinneamh Festival, Vantastival, and Electric Picnic. Alongside his hectic DJing schedule Ian co-organises Basement Project (with Martin Murray), one of the focal points in Galway for underground techno & house driven by a musical ethos that reflects Hart's own diverse tastes, with past guests including Neil Landstrumm, Hakim Murphy, Mike Dehnert, Space Dimension Controller, Esther Duijn and DeFekt. He is also one of the founders and organisers of Scrobarnach Electronic Music Society, an intimate grassroots festival that features a mix of international and Irish guests from across the musical spectrum, and La Tech Electronic Music Conference, a new festival with a different approach launching in 2018.
