I actually asked @halc a long while ago, if I could remix his tune (I swear, by now, it was probably almost a year ago) and he said it was totally cool. He handed me a couple of his stems and well...right before this album was released I worked something together after a few failed attempts to remix it. The original is soooo good in its own right, it was hard to come up with something decent.

Heart Container (DjjD Remix)

Hey everybody! This is a mix I made a while back, with my good friend @Source_X. I was a huge fan of this game back in the day, and I would play certain battles over and over again to just hear the music. When @Theoryofn approached me with the idea of "The Eevee EP" and asked me to make an "electrifying" song to embody the idea of "Jolteon"...I couldn't help but take one of the most energetic themes from memory, the "Gym Leader Battle" from the first generation of Pokemon games.

Caliginous Essence

Been waiting a while to release this one.

Released through Electro Freaks, this track is somewhat of an experiment in orchestral, ambient, and spacey soundscapes. Sort of like, it's just pelting you with genres, hence 'Intergalactic Arsenal'. This one was a blast to create and I hope you guys enjoy!

Hey everyone, I was looking for the right opportunity to release this, been sitting around for quite a while now. To show my support for @analogstik-music and their goal of raising money for Child's Play Charity, I'm releasing this remix on behalf of them for reaching 100 likes on Facebook!

A major influence of mine and good friend, Jeroen Tel (@maniacs-of-noise) created this tune over a decade ago (1995, I think?) and it's since been in my head...from when I started working on music.

Hey all! This is yet another track I've been waiting a long while to release. Shuttle Rush is a game that was designed by one of my good friends, Emery Monzerol (DaMonZ). He wrote all the music for it, and when he approached me about remixing one of his tunes I was stoked!

This was actually released on OverClocked Remix on December 29th, 2011, and it stands as my debut remix on the site. I was so ecstatic that it actually passed the panel and made it into the Judge's Decision at all. When in truth, this remix is actually several months old, dating back to May 2011.

Hey there! 

Wow, can't believe I have 200 fans, this is insane! Thanks you guys.

Alright so, here's the scoop. I randomly had the idea to work on this song after I saw the movie, "The Man From Earth". It was a really cool film, and it had a lot of great writing but fell short of popularity I'm guessing because of the low production values and the low budget.

Beyond all of that, I really like what Mark Hinton Stewart created and even though I couldn't reach him across the vast plains of the internet...I felt I needed to spread his compositions so that everyone could hear what I heard from this tune. It's emotional, soothing, and it makes you just...think about life. I made this remix a little more ambient and wider sounding from the original but, those are the traits I felt...really conveyed the mood he tried to create with his original works.

Thanks to @jeffball and Parvathi Gopinath, for really bringing out the best of this tune.
