For over 15 years, Jef Phillips has been a part of the So Cal Rave sceen ever since the it's beginnings. Playing such events as Nocturnal Wonderland to Burning Man and delivering his unique and funky sounds of House to thousands. Melodic melodies over rolling basslines, catchy vocals, lots of filter and an endless desire to move the crowd, Jef is a beast when it comes to putting on a show with traditional mixing and skills that tells a story and takes you on a journey to your inner soul. Jef's interest in electronic music started at a very early age and by the time he was 21 he was already playing all around his home town of San Diego in the 90's and even getting a guest spot of the weekly "Ear Extacy" on 91X on Saturdays. Since then, Jef has gone on to playing along side international talents such as Lady Faith, Greg Downey, Space Rockers, Dark Siders, Donald Glaude, Jon Bishop, Jason Blakemore, Thee-O, Miss Lisa, Mark E Quark, Mutiny, M.A.D.E, Christopher Lawrence, DJ Spun, Berry Weaver, and many many more. Though Jef is mostly known for his mixing skills he has begun producing and writing original music that will soon me available on the market, taking Jef to even further places in 2014.
