Happy Halloween! And eclipse season... and fall... and shorter days... The slow march into winter calls me to slow down, reflect, trim away what will not help me endure the darkness ahead and focus my attention on what will. I've recently had ups and downs with my mental health, and beyond self-care, I've found that making music helps me move through difficult emotions, honoring them and allowing me to feel them while giving me the power to transmute them into action and change. The light cannot exist without the dark. In the dark lie the things we must confront to grow and expand. So let's have some fun in the dark!! Let's remember we have each other to lean on. Our loved ones want to be there for us! Sending all of you lots of love for this spooky season <3

I had planned to make something very different this Winter season. I spent a couple of months preparing that piece, and then two nights ago in the shower, I realized that I needed to make something totally different. These past few months have been challenging for me personally as well as all of us collectively. Suddenly it became clear: I needed to make techno. This genre speaks to our present-day reality of encroaching technology in our daily lives as well as the technocrat takeover of world governments. For me, it has the uncanny ability to transmute anger into peace and beauty. May it do the same for you as it did for me.

When we release what's dead or ready to die, we create space for deeper rest in Winter and for more abundant growth come Spring.
