Music has been a passion of mine since I was a child. Growing up in Queens, New York, I was dropped in its “Cultural Melting Pot”. Being a part of this harmonious concoction allowed me to learn about a wide array of cultures and appreciate various genres of music. I truly considered myself to be a student of music. Listening to radio DJ’s on local New York radio stations, I was always curious to know how they were able to seamlessly transition from track to track and create various scratching sounds by manipulating records. Searching for the answers I needed, I would annoy my siblings with tons of questions – always seeking guidance. Ultimately, my older brother introduced me to a friend of his who was and is a tremendously talented DJ. At the time, he was on the rise and was building a name for himself.  My persistent nature and hunger for knowledge landed me a gig as his apprentice for several years. I was able to learn a great deal from this mentor. All of this started in 1995 when I was 10 years old, and is embedded in my mind and soul till this day. I took pride in practicing everyday in attempt to perfect the craft.  By the age of 16, I was DJing in some of the largest nightclubs in New York City, entertaining the masses. My love for music and to entertain grew exponentially. In 2014 I became a partner in one of the largest entertainment and event production companies in New York.  I continue to DJ both nightclub and social events throughout the United States till this day. I take great pride in continuously educating myself and now consider myself a student of the industry.
