Hard Trance by Just-D

The drive of your life. That’s what Just D tries to give to everyone who listens to his DJ sets. The tracks that he spin differ from house & progressive to deep, hard and tech trance, but it’s energetic all the way with an unstoppable drive! 

Dutchman Justin Dekker starts DJing in a Grand Café back in 1996, entertaining the visitors with cd-players without pitch control. After five years it’s evolution backwards, when he falls in love with vinyl and switches to 12” records. But technically he leaps forward and develops his turntable skills tremendously.

In 2005 Justin is given the opportunity to play at bars in Amsterdam and Zandvoort and he gladly grabs this chance to gain experience. At the same time he starts playing for Dancemania.com, an internet radiostation broadcasting all over the world.

The year 2006 brings acceleration to the career of Just D. He starts his own show called A Journey Through Trance, that he spins and streams live every Friday night. His on-line audience grows by the week and so does his number of bookings. For both club gigs and radio shows. He organises succesfull parties where he performes himself and (just to name one of the highlights) plays alongside Misja Helsloot. He intends to start producing his own tracks and begins building a studio.

In 2007, Just D is ready to conquer the world. His first foreign gig is a fact. His studio is finished and ready for some action. And instead of fifteen minutes there will be a whole hour of fame! On Friday 1-6-2007 Just D did the guestmix for Creative Sessions on Vonyc Radio!!

2008 Has been a great year for Just D. Performed on Exclaim @ the sea, Flavourz & Tranceformer (= is own organisation). His first production collab is a fact. Misja Helsloot en Just D finished their first collab called Speadsheet.

Just D will bring euphoria to bigger crowds, that’s for sure. Hey played alongside many dj's like Misja Helsloot, Progression, Dazzle, DJ Precision, Sied van Riel, Arctic Quest, Stoneface & Terminal, Lemon & Einar K and many others! With his music, containing the characteristic energy flow he stands for. Just D will ‘drive’ you mad!
