'Tis the season for a wonderful drum & bass mix from https://soundcloud.com/deejaysteveray. This jazzy, soulful blend offers a unique foray into a world of beats both organic and urban, a mix at once fresh and nostalgic. In this edition, deejaysteveray curates and deftly mixes an arsenal of tracks that exhibit his range within the genre. 

Moving through liquid funk, jazz-infused, experimental, deep-minimal, jump-up and modern jungle, deejaysteveray pays homage to the many outposts of the drum & bass scene. Each movement of this mix offers a new perspective on drum & bass music while maintaining a common motif of super-dope, organic sounds for the streets. 

Each track on this mix was chosen with care. Like a quilt born out of fragmented fabric woven to a whole, deejaysteveray weaves together a tapestry of sound, a cozy blanket to keep us all warm throughout this winter season.
