Danse sur écoute

Raconter une danse, donner la parole à celles et ceux qui l'interprètent : deux enjeux au cœur de Danse sur écoute, un podcast créé par Clémence Galliard et Juliette Médevielle.

Ce projet de création radiophonique allie l'audiodescription d'un solo de danse et l'interview de son interprète. Une création pour partie factuelle, gestuelle et informative car la description de la performance est prétexte à des digressions sur la pièce dansée et son interprète, mais également empreinte de poésie, car elle s'appuie sur la captation sonore ambiante. Le tout s'accompagne d'un entretien mené par Clémence, dans lequel le danseur ou la danseuse évoque de manière plus approfondie son parcours.

Danse sur écoute tend une oreille sur la danse et rend hommage à ses ouvriers: les interprètes.

Ce podcast a été réalisé avec la collaboration d'Hélène Giannecchini, Virginie Yassef, les étudiantes et étudiants de l'EESI de Poitiers, Sophie Demeyer, Anja Rottgerkamp et Antoine Dupuy-Larbre, avec l'aimable autorisation de Gisèle Vienne.

Sudanese­-American hip­hop artist Oddisee's new EP, “Al­Wasta,” takes its title from the Arabic colloquial term used to mean (to use colloquial English) “the plug.” The term “wasta” comes from the Arabic word “wasat,” meaning “middle” or “middleman,” and describes a member of the community who acts as a connector using their wealth of social currency. Understanding the value of social currency & how to use it (for better or worse) is what Amir Elkhalifa aka Oddisee focused on as the primary inspiration for his writings.

As much Hip hop as I am, I always loved reggae music. It's actually a music I can listen on and on, all day everyday. 
In my youth some friends of mine like the Chemetov brothers, Totor, my all time home boy Dnes aka One Blood, Tarzan (I remember those crazy parties in the Union Bar like if it was yesterday), Lychar (RIP)… the list is long… but those were the proper reggae heads,  that made me the dopest reggae tapes ever, pull out the truest parties in Paris and propagated the best vibes back then put me deep into that shit.
