Juan Vec, nació en la ciudad de Laprida en 1987.

Diseñador, Artista y DJ desde hace más de diez años, en 2019 conforma un Duo con un Amigo que se llamó "MindEnd", enfocado en el Melodic Techno de aquel momento... con el cual lanzan sus primeros EPs en el sello Italiano Three Hands, luego en Manual Music (MNL) y en Androgine Audio.

Como DJ su búsqueda y selección es original, siempre estuvo está mayormente en el Indie Dance y Melodic Techno antes de que tenga ese nombre, aunque tambien disfruta de mezclar generos como el Techno y Progressive Psy en sets y eventos largos... llevando al público en un viaje donde la energía nunca decae.

Katoff is a melodic and progressive DJ/producer known for crafting emotionally rich and deeply rhythmic electronic music. Blending hypnotic grooves with cinematic storytelling, his sound fuses the essence of Melodic House, Techno, and Progressive House.

His journey began in 1998 behind the decks at clubs in Riga, Latvia, before relocating to the UK. In 2017, he reignited his passion for production and began shaping a signature sound—equal parts atmospheric, driving, and melodic.

With releases on respected labels and airplay on BBC Radio and international stations, Katoff continues to push boundaries. He is also the founder of Sounds Of Meow, a boutique label focused on emotive dance music.

Katoff's music has earned support from leading artists like Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, KOROLOVA, and many others across the global melodic and progressive scene.
