Get Unlost (DJ Kenneth A ReVersion)

Bootleg remix of Hybrid's track "Empire" from their album Disappear Here. It was a challenge put forth by some members of their patreon. I had no stems to work with for this so the original was cut up so I could utilize some parts of the original for this. (mostly spots with no drums) The original drums in the track were also reused and the beat changed up. After that a bunch of new stuff was added in.  Hopefully this doesn't get me banned from the patreon (lol)

Oculi Maris (DJ Kenneth A Remix)

This is the track "Danger" which was used in the second half of Stage 6.
The original was a pretty interesting mix of musical ideas and sounds. For this it's almost more of a reimagining of the track than a straight up remix. I pulled the elements from it that I thought best represented that particular bit of the stage, as well as the song itself and built around them.

Some things were omitted as I didn't feel they matched with what I was aiming for but I'm happy with the result! It's a darker, more sinister version that makes me feel how tense that section of the game made me feel so many years ago when I first attempted it.
