Embrace Change

My good friend, DJ Global, decided he was going to start throwing parties at his warehouse. He asked me if I wanted to help. Never one to miss the opportunity to be a part of something awesome, or throw a party, I said hell yes. This is the 2nd time we've had a party at said warehouse, and the 1st time we decided to record the sets. My timeslot was 12 AM, and Global played before me. Because I followed him, and it was 12 AM, I had to go a little harder than I usually do. Typically, I will ride around 128-132 BPM. This set rides ~132-138 BPM. I had fun playing the set, but as always, I wasn't sure how it sounded to the listener. After listening to it I found myself pleasantly surprised. It was a fun set to play, and even more fun to listen to. I hope you find it as much fun as I did. DJ 32 years mixing everything from BREAKZ,to DANCE in between.  It’s🎶 it’s spun in my world...

As a teenager I always enjoyed the music my Father played on the acoustic guitar and piano, my father was a music teacher and always wanted me to learn but I dint want to. Finally I found the instrument I loved at the age of 17 Turntables. Me and my good friend David (IAMDJNRG) started with regular turntables, then of course I could not continue and he did becoming a professional, so now with technology so advanced at age 47 (as a Hobby) I decided to follow my love for the art of making people Dance, be Happy, and enjoy Life one Beat at a Time. I'm now 50 and regret not learning music from my father. He passed in 2019 due to cancer. I lost my inspiration for music and pretty much everything that had to do with music, he was going to teach me the basics and I figured that it would make his time during his chemo therapy a little bit exciting. But he only lasted 5 weeks, cancer did not even give him a chance to fight. Its almost a year later and I finally feel the Love for the music I had before. So here I go again very soon I look forward to uploading a simple mix Iam working on, its definitely challenging with out knowing the basics.
