New from @Pornbugs on Sublease is the M 9.12.4. EP - four tracks of tough and groovy deep house from the Bondage Music label heads. This is the second outing on Steven Bug’s Sublease, and the pair get the man himself to flip the title track here.

The original M 9.12.4. is a groove heavy, spacey piece of house music with a thick sub bass and trippy synths, while Steve Bug’s version takes it in a more techy direction.

Additionally, No Denying is a rolling slow burner that grows and grows, while Oblivion completes the EP with more heads-down house full of atmosphere and intent.

Following the global success of his breakout hit ‘Ultraviolet’ on Hot Creations, Denney has continued to uphold his status as Mixmag’s youngest-ever ‘Future Hero’ with a catalogue boasting material on Crosstown Rebels, Saved Records and Rekids. Now, returning to the label where it all started, Denney teams up with Steve Bug for their debut collaboration on Jamie Jones’ much-loved Hot Creations, offering a masterclass in house music with their dazzling ‘That Beat’ EP.

Fusing old-school charm and modern flair, ‘That Beat’ opens with LA-based DJ/producer and vocalist Mikey V’s smooth vocals and zig-zagging synths that weave through rhythmic bongo loops, forging a sultry yet edgy house anthem every DJ will crave. Following on from a very successful remix for the label in 2024, Dilby delivers his second EP of deep hypnotic house grooves on Sublease. 

Dilby's Without You EP features three fresh cuts, all infused with his signature dance floor flavour. 

The title track is a bouncy slab of house goodness, balancing driving stabs with atmospheric pads. 

Stay True is in a similar vein, tough drums and spacy washes with some classic house groove and dubby percussive synths. 

The final track, Elevate, keeps the vibe alight with more of the New Zealander’s trademark deep and slinky house and  including a massive breakdown.
