He began DJing in 1988 in underground San Diego parties, clubs and the beginnings of what is now considered the quintessential rave scene.  Noted remixes for artists such as; Phoenix, Air, The Police, David Bowie, Sinéad O'Connor, & more.  D.J. K put in his time with Universal (Interscope, MCA, GRP, Geffen) distribution, managing a nine piece band as well as David J. from Bauhaus & Love & Rockets.  Currently D.J. K is working remix tracks for other artists and putting back out D.J. mix sets & performance bookings!
