Been a while since I last uploaded a mix!

Dealt with a few technical problems, mixed this one first take on a single turntable and a Kontrol X1.  Not my smoothest mix ever, but really wanted to get this in for the competition!  Was going for a nu-school throwback vibe with this one, hope you enjoy!

Demo Mix for Trancidic's DJ Comp - Opening Slot for Bass Kleph, Elite Force and Mat the Alien

This was recorded off the decks live at the Freehouse for the Collected Monthly in April.  Was a great night, hadn't been back to play in S'toon for a while and got to throw down with my boys Emilio and Jono.  Hope this gets some toes tapping after the fact, as that night was bumping!

March 2017 Mix

Kris Jones has been heavily involved in music for his entire life, and moved to DJing late in his high school years.  He got his start in the Saskatoon dance music scene in 2010 playing events at locations as diverse as Walkers to Tequila and Scratch.  Since then, he co-founded Fuse Collective in Saskatoon, a DJ collective focused on throwing quality events with cutting edge electronic music.  
Kris has opened for various local and international artists such as Dada Life, Mt. Eden, 12th Planet, Sneaky Sound System, Adam K, Flatland Funk, Dislexik, Sodiumglow, and Quadrant Khan, and is comfortable mixing many different genres.
