Biography
DJ Leman

DJ Leman stands for a quality, unique choice and taste of music, impeccable mixing and harmonic skills, as well as the appearance of an experienced international DJ.

In his massive nineteen years on the decks, he brought his mixing and music selection to the highest level.
Leman started his professional career in Germany, but shortly after moved his base to Hong Kong, where he lived and worked for the following 15 years.

Through several residencies and his own party line ‘Immersion’, he was influencing the music direction in Hong Kong and opened the doors to new sounds being introduced. His longest ongoing residency at Hong Kong’s best electronic music club “Volar”, was putting DJ Leman in the right spot to work with big names such as Mandy, Richie Hawtin, Jamie Jones, Betoko, Rampa, &Me, Nakadia and many more.
For most of Leman’s supporting role he used his alias “Hotsuits”, but is focusing on productions and shows under his main DJ Leman brand.
Leman’s prime time sets have been enjoyed by thousands of people worldwide in famous clubs such as Green Valley and Ministry of Sound.
The impressions from different cultures leave a note of clean, powerful and groovy dance music, actually too unique to be put into categories... ( Deep/Afro/Melodic/Progressive )

Cooperation’s and releases and remixes with Sezer Uysal, Morttagua and others have appeared under Dark Pleasure Records and Timeless Moment Records.

After working closely with Timeless Moment Music Label (Rio de Janeiro) for the last 2 years, DJ Leman moved his base from Brazil back to Asia, releases and cooperation’s are on the way and to be released under Timeless Moment.
