Hip Hop Thing brings us back to the roots of hip hop culture as it has that east coast early 90's boom bap feel and lyrics that will make you smell and hear the sounds of New York City streets like old school hip hop tracks do. The song was released on the blockchain as an NFT before it dropped on streaming platforms. I'm running an open verse challenge currently for the song to drop a remix (ITSLOUIEBABY.COM).

30 Years ago, Tribe's 'Midnight Marauders' & Wu's 'Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)' were released on Nov. 9, 1993.  For some, a hard decision had to be made that day: Do you go with the conscious vibes of Tribe, or the hard street raps of Wu?  The familiar sound of ATCQ, or the debut from the mysterious guys wearing hoodies with stocking caps covering their faces?  If you were lucky, you walked out of the store with both (paid or not). 

Those 2 albums changed my life, so 5 years ago on the 25th anniversary I created 'A Clan Called Wu - Enter The Marauders' as a tribute to both masterpieces.  This is the 2nd chamber in the Wu x Tribe blendtape saga.  The 1st volume featured Wu's gritty vocals over the jazzy Midnight Marauders instrumentals.  This is the reverse combo - Tribe's bouncy vocals over RZA's grimy production.   
No matter how you combine them, the marriage of the 2 forms like Voltron.  All the parts came together to make something new.  Different, yet the same.  Yin & yang.

[Bio:"XTincT" is a cross border raised product concepted from the south side of Chicago and the Barrios of Mexico City, now venturing into creating on-chain experiences.

Since an early age X's passion for the arts has flourished from sketching Saturday morning cartoons, to having his art showcased in galleries in Chicago as a child.

X later went on to obtain a BFA in Video animation & Video Production by 2016.  After a few years in the music industry X chose to try out music for the first time in 2018.

After that night in the booth X has been experimenting while creating with his vocal tones, which produces a monotone and chill palette that are accompanied by mellow, melancholic, cinematic, & ambient abstract soundscapes.
