Lisa was born as twins in 1986.At the age of 8 years old she started to take her first music lessons. As Lisa grew up she discovered all kind of varieties of music but soon learned house was her religion. Being interested in vinyl, audio equipment and many styles of house made her start mixing in 2007. Only 6 months later she mixed for first time in a club named Happy Jack. After that Lisa mixed a couple of times in Barocca, a club owned by Emmanuel Top. She also made her debut at Topradio Westhoek , Bhotradio, Galaxie and Iro and was resident the of summer 2008 in Mix's.She actually first started to mix minimal house, but soon her style evolved to deep house, happy house , after house, progressive, rertro house and some tech house… Lisa Nova is all about female friendly vocal house and still mixes with Vinyl…
What the year 2012 was for Lisa Nova. After a break of a year she was invited in Mario’s Popcorn Music Vinylstore in Roeselare, November 2011. Where she joined a female Dj crew “The groovy girls”. Begin 2012 she gained her residency at Radio Iro (www.radio-iro.be) (every Monday from 19h till 20h) and Bhotradio (www.bhotradio.com) (every Sunday from 13h till 14h). Short after that Lisa Nova began to be invited in Back2 a trendy club in Rumbeke.Where she won a second place in a Dj Contest. After that it all went up-hill. She got invited in several well known clubs as La Gomera, Club Filosoof, club Infinity, Route 66, KGB Concept, Back2,Mono NightLife, and worked with many artists such as Vince nova, Dj Bolle , Dj Sammir, Dj Younes, Line Babelonia, Q-Bix, Biool, Dj Ignace (mr Emotions), Dj Mario (Corleone), Dj Steven (After-La bush), Dj Simo, Dj Kevin ( Kinembe),    Dj K-One, Jannick Pieters (La Gomera),  Dj L-ke, Lady Phoenix , Dj Joeri (So Exclusive), Dj Lorre,  Dj Wesley, Wise Guy, Dj Duja, Dave Mc Rhytm, Dj Markee  , Dj Tremenzz and many many more….   In 2013 Lisa hopes to raise the bar once more and can’t wait to meet other new artists and discover prestigious clubs so she can continue her great passion for music….
