VSK & Conrad Van Orton return as Symmetrical Behaviour with the Biology, Behaviour And Disorders EP. After debuting their new, collaborative project at the beginning of 2018 on Soma, the Italian duo once again display their impressive technical prowess with 3 direct and intense club tracks. 

Comparative Neuropathology opens with an impressive array of elements all working together - an excellent example of both producers sound culminating in an energetic and effectual workout. Regional Variation delivers a more hypnotic and cerebral sound yet still maintains its dance floor presence with piercing synth work and heightened percussive elements. Title track Biology, Behaviour And Disorders keeps the momentum flowing as yet more huge production is used to full potential with swelling hooks and thunderous percussion.

@Elektrabel is one of the best ambassadors of cosmic techno in Europe, in the same club as producers like Mike Storm, Jeroen Search, Tadeo or Dj Surgeles. For this Ep he offers two original cuts plus remixes from USA Midwest techno man @Plural and spanish veteran @Hd-Substance.

Starting the Ep we have, FMM03, a fast paced exercise, cooked with continuous abstract sequences, razor sharp drums and alien bleeps.

Second, Rings is a spacey cut, assymetrical sequences, deep pads, clean spund and average tempo.

Plural’s remake of FMM03 offers a similar point of view but from a jacking perspective. less effected parts, punchier drums, and a more punk approach, think about old Djax-up records and you got it.

Hd Substance catches the spirit of Rings, preserving the cosmic feeling but adding analog sweeps and a distorted bassline, making a dirtier and toolish version of the original idea.

With more than 25 years of experience as a DJ, he can reveal with an open heart that music has not always been there for him, but then there came a time in his life when it became as obvious as oxygen is to our survival.  It was electronic dance music that made him completely enthralled and over the actual impact of music on us.

Psychedelic trance is and should be what the meaning of the word psychedelic says, to put us in a deeper consciousness, if only for a shorter time in the place, then and there, where the dance is and where you are at the time being. Lurfilur has the intention to touch senses and to take control to create an personal and unique inner journey with his choice of music.

He does not consider himself to have any specific technique or play style, but it’s the occasion in itself, together with you and the enviroment the technique take place, so as speak, to be custom made to be best suited.

Lurfilur is very selective in its choice of music and song compositions and they can be seen as both playfully monotone and in a colorful gray scale.  Energy and storytelling are a dynamic duo. It’s the whole that matters.

And for the techno part, as DJ Prankzter, it’s very much the same as described above but instead of trance it’s techno. His intension is very much the same, to keep the rhytm going and the bass rolling, to keep it psychedelic.

This the goal of the performance, both for either Lurfilur or Prankzter. With the dancefloor and with You we are all one.
