3afak: Love to NYC is a homage to our friends, our music community, and the music we love. We came to New York looking for music and we found each other. 

This album is our way to give back to the community that has supported 3afak. All the artists on this compilation have been involved with 3afak over the course of the past year and a half. 

We've danced to their music, we've seen them perform, and we've celebrated with them. 

It includes everything from club music to experimental music. 
What glues the music together is the variety of genres-a kind of microcosm of the underground music community in New York. 

We will be donating 50% of the proceeds to the Okra Projects, an organization that supports Black Trans people through providing them with home-cooked meals. 

Special thanks to Loric Sih for the excellent mastering, and to all the amazing artists who helped us realize this project.
