Mad.Day @Oktoberfest

It's been a hectic start to 2025, but also a great start. A lot of change - new home, lost job, the works. But all is good in being optimistic and persevering. And one thing I persevered on was the goddamn fridge fitting in my new house. You'd think at the ripe old age of 27 I would know to check the measurements of the fridge and the front gate and front door but no I did not. BUT removing the doors and weening its way through I made it in - a christmas miracle. Any whoo - enjoy my mix of some new tech house tracks, with a heaving bass, good fun lyrics and just a fun party vibe. Turbo tech house is my go-to jam, and I hope you enjoy. It's been a hot minute since I could play around and perform with some new underground tech house tracks I've found and playing with some of my favourites from the end of 2024. Im wanting to do mixes somewhat monthly is the MINIMUM goal, so you'll be seeing or should I say hearing more of me over 2025. 

I hate fridges

This set is inspired by my time at Burning Man in 2024. Such an amazing time, learnt so much about music, but some of my favourite moments were during the sunset or the sunrise over the playa. So special. So for me, this is almost like an audio diary of my time in America at the festival. I hope you enjoy :)

I had the incredible opportunity to open for PNAU at Greenwood in North Sydney, and I can’t even begin to describe the energy - this tech house set was a true reflection of the kind of vibe I love to create – upbeat, energetic, and just good vibes. The first track was perf cause I literally started my set at 9pm on a Friday haha. 
I tried to create a blend of infectious basslines, groovy rhythms, and catchy melodies to keep the energy flowing. There’s something about that sweet spot between deep house grooves and high-energy moments that gets people moving, and I wanted to deliver just that.

MAD.DAY - PNAU Support at Greenwood 28th February

Excited to share this mix with you! One of my biggest gigs to date, playing a sold out show at the Roundhouse in Sydney opening for Groove Armada! Honestly had the best crowd, I had so much fun creating and performing this mix wanting to have a mix of old school house classics with some new tracks. HUGE thanks to Groove Armada for letting me open for them - it was such an honour and I hope I get to play alongside them again in the future. That set was indeed mad, and if you weren't there to experience it in person I hope you enjoy listening x

Although new to the DJ scene, just three months into her career, MAD.DAY scored her first festival set at Clearly Music & Arts Festival playing in front of 5,000 people on the main stage, swiftly followed by her first International booking at Your Paradise Festival in Fiji.

Since then, MAD.DAY has headlined her own Sydney Harbour boat party, toured with Big Twisty, supported the likes of What So Not, Stella Bossi & LO’99, played at iconic clubs including Chinese Laundry and Basement, and DJ’d at TikTok’s Content Creator Roadshow events nationwide.

Currently in the studio working on a stack of new music and collaborations, and will be dropping new releases and mixes throughout the year.

Whether she's lighting up a packed club or setting the mood at an intimate event, MAD.DAY's infectious enthusiasm and musical selections ensure that every performance is a standout. Having just clocked one year since her DJ debut, MAD.DAY is gaining serious momentum, and she won't be slowing down anytime soon.
