great to hear these old tunes. "I can't forget" Ironic isn't it. I had forgotten this track even though I own it (Mr Lee) . And Nexus 21's "Real Love" owes a serious debt to this tune!

Starting with some lovely remixes from the likes of Psychemagik and Cause and Effect,..there’s also the pounding Robert Babicz remix of Hardfloor’s classic acid anthem. The first of two RobHex tracks and into a fresh new track from the ever brilliant DJ Zinc. Phuture and Bart B More bring the heavy acid and into a bouncing remix of Au Seve from The Stantons and classic cut up vocals from Taches. A bassline remix of DJ Kentaro leads to the classically relentless La Mouche from Cassius,..and on into another new RobHex track. We finish with a double header of reggae infused breakbeat heavies from 601 ft Ragga Twins and Congo Natty.

In 2020 the legendary label Strictly Rhythm Records celebrated its landmark 30th anniversary. Having shaped the face of house music since its inception in New York in 1989.

Strictly Rhythm’s extraordinary inﬂuence is shown by the many iconic artists who have released on the label, such as Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, DJ Pierre, Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry, Erick Morillo, Armand Van Helden, Barbara Tucker, Joey Negro, Danny Tenaglia, Lil Louis, David Morales, India, Osunlade, Dennis Ferrer, and many more... But also by the internationally renowned selectors who regularly feature Strictly Rhythm tracks in their sets to a rapturous response.

To commemorate its proud heritage, Strictly Rhythm released the compilation "The Deﬁnitive 30" - featuring 30 classic tracks that deﬁne the label musically, artistically and culturally. And to accompany this, also a special 3-part 12” vinyl set, plus ten previously digitally unreleased recordings.

The entire track selection of Dr.Best’s “90s House Tribute-Mix” comes from this anniversary releases.

Just Underground Recordings is pleased to bring you the follow up to last year's eclectic story driven album from London's House & Garage legend Danny J Lewis. This second instalment takes you on a new and emotional journey with a young New Yorker named Cass who wants to shake off the past and start a new life. Although the majority of tracks are four to the floor, the album diversifies into Broken Beat, UK Garage, Drum and Bass and RnB. Classical elements are integrated in many tracks to create a truly cinematic atmosphere. Thematically, each track is designed to represent a chapter in his story that night. As well as the individual tracks to download and DJ you can experience the complete 'Directors Cut' vision narrated by Zen Dharma as a continuous blend across just over 40 minutes.
