Chaim, the Tel Aviv-born, New York-based artist that burst from the same scene as Guy Gerber, Gel Abril, Shlomi Aber and Guy J, hits Los Angeles-based imprint Culprit this Friday (15th July) with four-track EP ‘Nineties’, and we’ve got the exclusive premiere of the Red Axes remix of the title track from it below.

Chaim’s fellow Israelis are currently on a run of huge releases through the likes of Crosstown Rebels, Hivern Discs and Permanent Vacation, which have all cemented demand for Red Axes’ tech-disco sound. Their slow-burn remix of the title track is armed with wallowing pads, skittish percussion and an off-kilter leftfield charm.

Chaim first made his mark through a number of EPs on BPitch Control, before going on to see releases from the likes of Guy Gerber’s Supplement Facts label, Visionquest and Rumors.

Curses launches a 5 part series under Safer At Night: Ombra International. The limited series will focus on releasing up and coming International artists, influencedby 80’s synth music, EBM, Cold Wave, and such.
The first release comes from Mexican - Montessori. One half of the dark and buzzing FLXXX duo, who have had successful releases on labels such as:  Play Pal, WonderStories, Logical Records, and NEIN. 

Now, here on 44,100, we happy to premiere one of remixes from scottish, based in Leeds, producer Mr BC, who has previously released on WePlayAcid, Nein Records and Logical Records.
