MANGATA, is an electronic music producer based in Limassol Cyprus. His love for music has always been a part of his identity and shaped his life drastically, inspiring him to start a career in music. 
Starting off small, at the age of 16 MANGATA began creating some of his very first experiences as an amateur Dj, performing for private parties with the exceptional knowledge he knew at the time, merely through practicing and experimenting with his techniques and preferred styles on various music softwares. 

Being self taught to start with and having experimented with various Dj decks whenever having found the chance, it was no doubt that MANGATA was a natural, having received a request the following year for residency in one of limassol's most popular bars at the time, Sahara. This was the busiest clubbing location in limassol, which naturally opened many doors for this young Dj as his music was heard by a wider audience. He was offered to part-take in different guest appearances in various bars and clubs around the country such as Rote, Versus, Volume, Elite, Hipnotica, Rua, In theory, Bikini, Timothy’s Art Bar and many more. 

After having gained a vast range of experience, MANGATA decided he wanted to take his craft to the next level, where he applied to study Music production in the institute of S.A.E In Amsterdam. This was a huge learning curve for MANGATA as he was educated in music recording and producing to a higher degree which enabled him to take his productions to a more professional level, broadening his education and ear as an artist. This new knowledge along with a diploma caused him to then be able to work in Airland Music studios where he further started producing and releasing his own music. In addition to this, he was also collaborating with the production of other known artists in Cyprus.

His style can be distinguished by the unique combinations of deep techno sounds with groovy yet melodic elements. 
His first mini EP Hiraeth/Evermore was released under Sanille recordings on March 2017 and got support by artists such as Agoria, Andy Lupoli, Sam LaBelle, Claas Reimer, D’Jamency, DJ Sam Divine, Frisco, Joseph Capriati, Lonya, Nanter, OZZYXPM, Sergio Matina and more. All his productions can be found on Beatport, iTunes Spotify and other major online music shops.
