Phil is a music lover and when he is going to tell a music story he chooses songs carefully, from downtempo electronica with ethnic notes,
to dark and deep house. He is also searching for vibes that evoke strong emotions and cleanse the soul. 
Many music collectives  supported him so far, like Magician on Duty, Home-Land of Bes, Tepeme Musica, Kybele, Deep & Smooth and many others.
Recently he started making podcasts for his favorite greek web radio, Join Radio, every Sunday at 23.00-00.00 (GTM +2).

The Space Between [016] - Remembering

So.. Last monday(might as well have been every other monday)was one full of moodswings. I decided, instead of fighting against it, simply to just give into it and to record a set in which my own mood decided the next track, instead of what i think would fit the crowd's mood. It took me, and hence the set, all over the place and it varies from ambient to downtempo'd deep house music and vinyl to digital tracks transitions. Hope you guys like it and are looking forward to my next Manic Monday Moodswing Session! Hope it will be one without the moodswings though, but we'll see :)

"Dieser Podcast widmet sich vor allem sehr langsamen Tracks aus meiner Sammlung, die manchmal komplex, störrisch, wuchtig, kantig aber gleichzeitig auch sehr trippig, wohltuend, emotional, sanft und anregend sind.
In der Zeit in der dieser Mix entstanden ist, hatte ich eine sehr wichtige Entscheidung zu treffen, es ging gerade darum für mich selbst einzustehen und zu akzeptieren, dass nicht alle Erwartungen, die man an sich und seine Mitmenschen stellt, erfüllt werden können. I was first introduced to Eduardo Castillo on the rooftop of the Standard Hotel this September at the Culprit Sessions Sunday afternoon/evening party. He was sharply dressed, well groomed and had a firm handshake. We didn’t really chat at the time, but I got the distinct feeling I’d be seeing more of him. A few moments later someone mentioned the after party would be held at his bar, Pattern Bar in downtown LA and as someone who’d not lived in Los Angeles since 2004, I was excited to see another example of the fast growing underground music scene in the City of Angels.
