Minimal Tech House Master Mix January 12 - DJ Mark Almond

A classic track, given a revamp. Produced at the end of 1996 using my first computer based application called Digital Orchestrator Pro (allowed midi and audio to work together - rare back in those days!!). I remixed the tune for a harder beat, but wanted to keep the original "melody" the same, just different instrumentation.

The last track was included as a tribute to a hero of mine during the early 80s, Shep Pettibone. A remix DJ before the days of computers.. This particular remix was done entirely by using a vocal and instrumental version of the same track, recorded on reel to reel, and loads of very clever splices with a sharp razor blade! So Cool.. Enjoy!
