The first time I ever played music for people to dance to at a party was in June of 1977, during the rise of disco. I was 14 years old, and disco music would remain a major part of the soundtrack of my teenage years. Over the course of 40 years as a DJ, I believe great dance music has been made in every decade, but I will always have a soft spot in my heart for disco. I was in a disco mood the other night and hit record, and this is what came out. No remakes or remixes--all original music from the '70s and '80s. I hope you enjoy the tunes...and dance!   AK
