After the cancellation of Reminisce Festival 2020 due to Covid, we finally got to go back on 11th September 21. Take a listen to what happened when Mark Simon stepped up to the decks to play to the Main Arena.

Following on from last year's incredible Reminisce Festival set from Mark is this year's live set from the Reminisce Main Arena. Big anthem bangers that sent the main arena into a frenzy. If you were there to witness it, then you know exactly how this went. At some point in our lives Stu Allan's sets has touched us all. We overuse the word legend, but without doubt he deserves this accolade. Stu was a legend in his own right. As far back as I can remember, even before I was a DJ, I used to listen to his shows on Key 103. He was a pioneer of music and every Dj I know looked up to him, he inspired so many of us and despite of all that... he was just Stu, always approachable and always had time for anyone.  I had the pleasure of playing alongside him many a time over the last 33 years as a DJ, he was a really nice guy who got the floor rockin' every time he played!!

Sadly, Stu passed away on 22nd September 2022 after a year long battle with cancer, but he didn't give up, he was still out there doing his thing right till the end! 
After speaking to someone from team Allan and as his wife Alison promised Stu to keep his name alive, we thought it would be a good thing to get this mix out there for you to carry enjoying Stu's music.

In 2021 I asked Stu if he could do a house mix for my House Party show and Stu being Stu agreed. It was broadcast on Saturday 14th August 2021 on Mersey Radio.

Reminisce Main Arena Festival Set 2023

Club 051 was an institution, an iconic club that reigned as the number one club in Liverpool. 1996 to 2005 saw the biggest most popular years with massive nights that blew all other clubs away!

Since 2005 there has been reunions keeping the 051 name alive, be it mainly in other clubs with the exception of three events that saw complete sell outs back at the original building on Mount Pleasant. Those sell outs were considered to be the last ever visits its clubbers would ever have to go back as the club was supposed to be demolished. Since then the club has remained standing proud and tall, with many wishing for more nights at the club.

In September 2023, that chance came when the club was restored to its former glory and tickets for 2 re-opening shows completely sold out.

What a night this was!! Wall to wall Sunrise Anthems from start to finish. All the original Djs for what has to be the biggest and best Sunrise Reunion to Date. Look out for part 2 coming early 2025!!

Can you believe its been 10 years since Reminisce began?!?!  What a journey it's been for the festival and myself. The first year I played a back to back set with Li'l John in the Bounceback Arena to 1000 or so people. Since then I've been lucky enough to grace the stage and play for all you ravers at the Main Arena which holds about 13,000!!Over those years I've been playing Old Skool sets but after playing the same original Old Skool tracks for many many years now it became boring, don't get me wrong some classics you just have to play but these days I mainly play revamped classics and mash ups mainly because they're faster and more up to date and you lot seem to be enjoying my sets this way. This year was no exception, there's loads of great videos on my socials (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) of you all dancing your socks off in the Reminisce Main Arena and more recently of you having an outdoor party in front of the big screens just outside the main arena which looked incredible by the way. 

So here it is, 2024's set as it was at 3:50pm on the 7th September in Sherdley Park St. Helens.

Reminisce festival has grown to be the UK's biggest oldskool festival since it began 7 years ago, grown from 2,000 people into the monster capacity of 20,000! Sadly and regrettably Reminisce Festival 2020 has been cancelled due to the Corona Virus restrictions. 2021 will see the festival return bigger and better yet again! The whole pandemic has devastated the industry and the festival organisers have pleaded to all those who have bought tickets to help the festival by keeping hold of their tickets for next years event. They will be throwing 2 massive free party's in January at Camp & Furnace in Liverpool . Keeping your ticket will mean you'll be helping the festival and be in with a chance of going one of the 2 free party's. 

So because there's no festival this year mark has put together a 2hrs 20min mix featuring some of the biggest tunes he's played over the years from his anthem sets in the Reminisce Main Arena.
