Hailing from the Danish capital of Copenhagen, DJ/Producer Azpecialguest (pronounced “A Special Guest”) is one of the country’s most promising electronic talents. 

The Club Awards 2022 ‘New Danish Artist’ nominee draws inspiration from the intrinsic side of House & Techno music - fusing elements of Afro, Melodic, Organic and Progressive genres into his rich artistic tapestry. 

Having spent the last 10+ years moulding his concept, Azpecialguest is beginning to come into his own with a refined sense of individuality in his performances and productions. In the studio, his tracks are starting to find their way into the Beatport charts via established imprints, with releases on Krafted, Sofa Beats, AH Digital among others.

On the road, Azpecialguest has already reached an international level of prominence. Some of his most notable highlights include SALON ZUR WILDEN RENATE (Berlin), Südpol Hamburg, Lightbox London, Azotea Veinte Doce (Merida, Mexico Tour) and the globally renowned Culture Box in his hometown of Copenhagen. 

Throughout his career, Azpecialguest has also performed alongside some of the most respected names in the world of House & Techno, including Hannes Bieger, Woo York, HOSH, Sébastien Léger, Pan-Pot, EINMUSIK and Ruede Hagelstein. 

Bringing his interactive and charismatic performances to the fore, along with a deepened understanding and ability to read a dance floor at all hours, Azpecialguest is primed and ready for more growth in 2023.

Amara Dan, aka Mara was born 1972nd In March, Budapest.
She is addicted from the deep dark progressive house, progressive and dark techno, and tribal. Started mixing cca 11 years ago, just for fun, to herself.. and than shared that mix with her facebook friends, and the result was a big surprise. She had more than 5000 listeners on that mix, and some online radio station immediately asked her to be DJ.

She said yes and so she had a weekly show, and three monthly shows (on three different radio-station), and also she was a guest many times in other radio stations too.

LIA Series 074 - Mara

Hello and welcome to our 5th Exclusive Series (with Subcode) of 2023. Featuring the skills and talents of Dublin's unique trio of Electronic music artists. Each month we highlight each of our DJ's, with a 2 hour set aired every 4th Thursday of the month.

May 2023 saw Glenn Molloy take to the decks, with a Gorgonoize set. Glenn always brings a wide range of genres to his set's, often mixing in his own unreleased projects, alongside guaranteed floor fillers, creating a vibe unique to him.

Glenn Molloy is a Dublin-based DJ/producer specialising in melodic house and techno (as Gorgonoize). A fan of the scene since as far back as he can remember, sneaking into his brother's room to listen to rave mixtapes as a kid!

To Glenn, the transition from clubbing to DJing occurred fluidly and naturally, and he soon began to work as a resident DJ for a number of city centre venues, gaining warm up gigs for national festivals, and a weekly radio show on TWO of Dublin’s best underground stations over time.

Glenn is now collaborating with fellow Dubliners Soulfinder and Khankra on an events brand called Fusion Underground and is finally realising his ambitions. He has music under two aliases on OLD SQL, Mirabilis, Pro B Tech, and BC2 as Glenn Molloy, plus a release under his tougher tech nom de plume, Gorgonoize, on Opilec music. 

Glenn has also recently realised a dream of his, with a release on global superstar and scene icon Paul Oakenfold's lauded Perfecto Black marque, and with that release was also asked to DJ before the Perfecto legend at a recent gig in Cork, Ireland. Glenn warmed a near capacity crowd up to fever pitch with his own brand of dancefloor mayhem!

Conversations 85 JP Stefan Medici

Born in the North East and brought up in the South West, Matt Black has been DJing and making music for around 25 years. He moved to London in 1991 where he discovered his love for dance music and raving and even though his original love was hardcore and drum and bass it was upon hearing a John Digweed mix tape back in 1994 that he realised his musical calling in life.

Matt began by playing in pubs and bars around South London before getting his first club gig in 1995. Since then he has played for a number of London's biggest underground promoters as well as Empathy in Bristol, Riff Raff in Middlesbrough and The Gallery in London where he warmed up for none other than Dave Seaman, he has also performed in countries such as Poland and Mexico.

Last year Matts track 1994 was signed to the legendary Perfecto Black and was even played by the one and only Paul Oakenfold on his Planet Perfecto radio show numerous times, Matt has also had releases signed to labels such as Bonzai Progressive, Pro B Tech music and others and his remix of Cameron Mo’s Faultline even made it on to the main Perfecto label last year 

Matt has two residencies on major internet radio stations. His Housefeelings show on Frisky radio broadcasts on the 3rd Thursday of every month and regularly gets around 5000 listeners while his long running Acoustic pleasure show on Proton radio broadcasts on the 4th Tuesday of every month and has featured guest mixes from the likes of Luke Brancaccio, Richie Blacker and many more legendary names from the progressive house music scene

Matt is currently working hard in the studio and has many forthcoming projects so keep watch out for them.
