This one came from the heart. During the recovery of my burnout I learnt that life is just too valuable to get stuck in a routine that doesn't align with who you truly are. All my life I wanted to do music for a living, but I never had the guts to take the jump.

When you're in a burnout, you learn that energy is EVERYTHING. And when you're doing something that doesn't give you energy, it will litteraly drain your soul. I ended up following my heart and I'm doing music fulltime now. Best decision I have ever made.

I wrote this track because doing what your heart wants you to do is crucial to living a fulfilling life. If you listen, your life will be beautiful. If you don't it can become a living hell. I went from the living hell to living my best life doing music fulltime.

I tried to re-do the speech, because I wasn't happy with my dutch accent. But no matter how many takes I did, I could never match the authenticity of this first take that ended up in the final song. I felt that sh*t, and I just decided to go with the accent because I am Dutch after all - so that's just how I sound. 

I hope this track will get you off your ass and help you to start listening to what it is you truly want. The full album will tell my entire journey, but this is one of the most important tracks.
