My third track Lust carries a heavy entranced feel. Desire and strong wanting urge can sometimes overwhelm us and our decisions can become very clouded because of those effects. I stepped outside of the box on this song by filtering a melody to bring a feeling of warmth to the track, engulfing the listener in a different way.

Ampish is the new project from Hazem Beltagui, which focuses on the deep and melodic side of electronic dance music, the project was started 2 years ago as a side project which would allow me to experiment with slower and groovier music, later on as it developed and the artist profile started to grow, it became evident that this is where Ampish wanted to take his music career next so he decided to make this moniker his main project.

Christian Hip Hop Artist, DJ Mayday has been spinning music for Jesus Christ since early 2010.  Prior to giving his life to the Lord in 2006.  DJ Mayday was heavy into secular Rap and Hip Hop.  Once he began his walk with Christ, he still craved Hip Hop in his life.  Through a good friend, he was introduced to Christian Hip Hop and through that exposure, it was placed on his heart to bring quality Christian Hip Hop to the forefront in his community and to the youth.  Since he began spinning, he has been able to share the Gospel through Christian Hip Hop on various stages and by DJ’ing for various artist.  “Sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ through Christ Centered Hip Hop with the youth in our community is my #1 goal” DJ Mayday was quoted saying.

Since beginning in 2010, DJ Mayday has DJ’d for artist such as JSon, Corey Hicks, ALCAM, Rio aka Kuntryboyy, Scooda, STLien, C-Micah, Black Diamond, MikeReal, Point5, Kaleb Starr, Rachel Elizabeth, B-Free, The Mb, and Identity.   In addition to DJ’ing live for these artists, his mixes have also been featured on the radio with HOT 3:16, Friday Morning Fire with D-White, as well as The Praise Morning Show with BrothaT.  DJ Mayday also hosted mixtapes for artists B-Free and Scooda .
